Customer Service Representative - Indoor Sales

We are looking for a confident and results\-driven **Customer Service Representative \- Indoor Sales** to join Nano Professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting our professional nail care products, and converting potential leads into successful sales. This is a fully office\-based position. **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to potential customers, salons, spas, and beauty centres to generate sales. * Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp. * Promote company products, offers, and new launches professionally. * Convert customer inquiries and potential leads into confirmed sales. * Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat orders. * Maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service. * Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily calls and sales reports. * Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and delivery. **Requirements** * Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or indoor sales is preferred. * Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, nail care, or salon industry is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, and sales conversion skills. * Confident, professional, and target\-oriented personality. * Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow\-ups independently. * Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or Excel. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages will be an advantage. **Key Demographic Requirements** * Must be based in the UAE. * Available for full\-time, office\-based employment.
