Job description
Assisting Operations Team to complete the Daily Operational activities*
Coordinating with Shipping Lines to check the shipments arrivals*
* Updating customers shipments arrivals and informing requirements
* Preparing Delivery order Letters
Coordinating with messengers to arrange the documents collection from Customers*
* Cargo gate pass Issuance
* Exit /Entry Typing
* Data Entry in Freight Software
Inspection Booking in Customs system and follow for receive the Inspection time slot*
DNATA/Calogi booking*
* Invoice Dispatch arrangement to customers
* Courier Booking
**Educational Qualification**
* Bachelor’s degree graduate
**Work Experience**
3\-year experience in the same field*
**Competencies**
Decision making ability*
* Systematic / Self Organized Process driven approach to Work
Ability to solve problems / trouble shooting*
**Languages**
* English
