Key Responsibilities * Welcome members, guests, and parents with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude. * Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with memberships, registrations, bookings, and general inquiries. * Manage daily member check\-ins and ensure a smooth and efficient front desk experience. * Provide accurate information regarding membership options, fitness classes, swimming programs, schedules, and club services. * Introduce and promote memberships, personal training, swimming lessons, and other services to support member engagement and business growth. * Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in\-person interactions. * Listen to customer feedback, address concerns, and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Coordinate with fitness trainers, swimming coaches, and internal departments to support efficient daily operations. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date member profiles and customer records in internal systems. * Manage and assist with fitness class and swimming session bookings, scheduling, and related requests. * Support reception operations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment. * Assist with attendance tracking, administrative duties, and other operational tasks as needed. * Adhere to company policies, SOPs, operational procedures, and health and safety standards. * Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer\-focused environment. Requirements * Previous experience in customer service, reception, front desk, hospitality, or a similar customer\-facing position. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. * Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management or CRM systems. * **Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.** * Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, sports, or a related industry is an advantage. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail. * Ability to work full\-time on\-site in Doha, Qatar.
