Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a **Customer Service Executive** to join our team in the UAE. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally. * Coordinate jobs and follow up on job status with customers. * Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices. * Support the Sales Team with after\-sales activities by coordinating with internal departments. * Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely communication. Requirements: * Excellent communication skills in **English** (spoken and written). * UAE experience is preferred. * Strong organizational and customer service skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. * **Own Visa or Sponsored Visa is preferred.** Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
