**� We're Hiring: Customer Service Associate | ShipForLess**
We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused **Customer Service Associate** to join our growing team.
**Responsibilities:**
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Provide shipping quotations and track shipments.
• Resolve customer issues and deliver excellent customer service.
**Requirements:**
• Excellent English communication skills.
• **Arabic speakers preferred.**
• Organized, reliable, and computer literate.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
**Salary:** **AED 3,000/month**
**Location:**
• Dubai, UAE, or **Remote**.
• UAE-based applicants **must have a valid UAE residence visa with work authorization**.
• **Visa sponsorship is not available** for this position.
