Customer Relation Executive

**Location:** Dubai Investment Park (DIP 2\), Dubai **Company:** Detailing Dynamics LLC About Us Detailing Dynamics is a premium automotive detailing studio specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Nano Ceramic Window Tinting, Graphene Coating, and professional car care services. We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for an energetic Tele Caller to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities * Call leads generated from WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and website inquiries. * Qualify customer requirements and recommend suitable services. * Follow up with potential customers until they book an appointment. * Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations team. * Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. * Follow up with previous customers for repeat services and referrals. * Handle customer inquiries professionally over phone, WhatsApp, and email. * Achieve monthly appointment and conversion targets. Requirements * Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage). * Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales. * Confident, persuasive, and customer\-focused personality. * Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems is preferred. * Ability to work with sales targets and follow\-up consistently. * UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
