**Customer Follow\-up Executive – Chinese \& English Speaking** --------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Work Arrangement:** Non\-office\-based / Field\-based **Employment Type:** Full\-time ### **Job Description** We are looking for a responsible and well\-organized **Customer Follow\-up Executive** to support ongoing client communication and relationship management. This is a non\-office\-based role focused primarily on following up with clients, responding to inquiries, and coordinating client\-related matters. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Follow up with clients and maintain positive professional relationships. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance. * Coordinate and assist with client\-related requests and matters. * Maintain clear and accurate communication with clients. * Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely resolution. ### **Requirements** * Fluency in **Chinese and English** is required due to regular communication with Chinese\-speaking clients. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Responsible, organized, and able to work independently. * Previous experience in customer service, client relations, sales support, or a similar role is an advantage. * Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
