CRM & Tendering Document Controller

Key Responsibilities CRM Management: • Maintain and update the company's CRM system with customer, consultant, contractor, and project information. • Manage and maintain project information in the Odoo ERP system, ensuring all CRM records, tender documents, project documents, quotations, and customer information are accurate, complete, and up to date. • Generate CRM reports for management. • Coordinate communication with clients regarding quotations, approvals, and project updates. Tender & Document control • Maintain document numbering and revision control. • Register incoming and outgoing project correspondence. • Archive all tender and project documents electronically and physically. • Review tender requirements and submission deadlines. • Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents. • Organize drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), method statements, material catalogues, certifications, company profiles, and other required document • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CRM, document control, or tender coordination. • Experience in the marble, stone, construction, or fit-out industry is preferred. • Knowledge of tendering procedures and project documentation. Skills • Strong document management and organizational skills. • Excellent communication in English (Arabic is an advantage). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Experience with CRM systems and document management software. • Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong time management and ability to meet strict deadlines. • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments simultaneously.
