• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely communication. • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms). • Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the CRM system. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues. • Coordinate remotely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently. • Support the sales team by tracking leads, updating customer information, and managing follow-up activities. • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. • Ensure all customer data is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards. • Assist in planning and executing customer engagement and retention initiatives. • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data. • Represent the company professionally while working remotely and maintain high standards of customer service. • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Sales Support, or a similar role. • Yemeni National preferred. • Must be fluent in local Arabic and able to communicate effectively with customers. • Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage. • Can work hybrid set-up (ONSITE & REMOTE) • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently. • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple customer requests under pressure.
