Credit Controller

**Spider Plus Construction Equipment Trading LLC** is a growing company operating in the **construction equipment and heavy machinery industry**, serving customers and projects across the UAE and KSA. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced **Credit Controller** to join our Finance team and take responsibility for customer credit management, collections and receivables. **About the Role** The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing customer credit exposure, monitoring outstanding receivables, improving collection performance and reducing overdue balances and DSO. This role will work closely with **Finance, Sales, Operations and customers** to ensure timely collections and effective credit\-risk management. **Key Responsibilities** · Monitor customer **credit limits, payment terms and credit exposure**. · Manage and follow up on outstanding and overdue customer balances. · Review **AR ageing, DSO and collection trends** and identify potential risks. · Obtain payment commitments and ensure timely follow\-up. · Manage high\-value, high\-risk and long\-outstanding accounts. · Coordinate with Sales and Operations to resolve customer account and collection issues. · Conduct customer visits and collection meetings when required. · Prepare weekly and monthly **collection forecasts and management reports**. · Support customer account reconciliation and dispute resolution. · Identify accounts requiring management or legal collection escalation. · Monitor compliance with **Cash\-in\-Advance (CIA)** customer requirements. · Maintain proper records and documentation related to credit and collections. · Ensure compliance with company credit\-control policies and procedures. **Candidate Requirements** · Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Accounting or a related field**. · **3–5 years of GCC experience** in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Collections. · Experience in **construction equipment, heavy machinery, equipment trading, industrial equipment or other B2B businesses** is highly preferred. · Strong knowledge of **credit control, collections, AR ageing and DSO**. · Strong negotiation, communication and customer follow\-up skills. · Ability to assess customer credit risk and manage overdue accounts. · Good knowledge of **MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems**. · Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. · **Valid UAE Driving Licence is compulsory.** · UAE VAT knowledge is an advantage. · Knowledge of UAE legal collection procedures / Small Claims Tribunal is an advantage. · CMA, CIMA, CA or CPA qualification is an added advantage. **What We Offer** · Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications · Medical insurance · Annual return ticket to home country · Company\-maintained vehicle for business requirements **Why Join Spider Plus?** This is an excellent opportunity for a Credit Control professional who wants to work in a **fast\-growing construction equipment and heavy machinery business**, managing significant customer accounts and developing their career within a growing Finance team. **How to Apply** Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their **updated CV** to **** **Subject: Credit Controller – UAE** **Candidates with relevant experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery or equipment trading are strongly encouraged to apply.** Pay: AED8,000\.00 \- AED12,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
