In this role, you'll lead the creative direction of seasonal collections, bringing fresh concepts to life while ensuring every design reflects our brand identity, quality standards, and commercial vision. • Conceptualise and design seasonal collections that align with our brand vision and target market. • Research global fashion trends, cultural influences, fabrics, colors, and emerging materials to develop innovative concepts. • Create mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and digital presentations to communicate design ideas. • Develop color palettes, fabric selections, trims, embellishments, and garment details. • Prepare detailed technical specifications and design packs for production. • Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, merchandisers, and production teams throughout the development process. • Oversee garment fittings and refine designs to ensure exceptional fit, comfort, quality, and functionality. • Work closely with suppliers to source fabrics and trims that meet quality and budget requirements. • Present collections to internal stakeholders, buyers, and industry events when required. • Stay ahead of market trends and contribute fresh ideas that strengthen our brand identity. • Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent professional experience. • Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and technical expertise. • Excellent understanding of fashion design principles, garment construction, pattern development, textiles, and manufacturing processes. • Ability to create, modify, and understand garment patterns. • Strong knowledge of fabric behavior, fit, finishing techniques, and production methods. • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CLO 3D, or other fashion design and digital visualization software. • Outstanding creativity with a refined sense of color, proportion, silhouette, and current fashion trends. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple collections and deadlines. • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
