Crawler Crane Operators

• Safely operate crawler cranes with capacities exceeding 100 tons, lifting and moving heavy materials on large-scale construction sites. • Precisely position loads, ensuring accuracy within millimeters to avoid damage to structures and personnel. • Inspect crane components daily, including cables, hooks, and hydraulic systems, to preemptively identify and report any defects. • Execute complex lifts such as tandem lifts and those involving multiple crane coordination, adhering to strict safety protocols. • Must have UAE driving License . • Possess a valid Crawler Crane Operator certification (e.g., NCCCO) and a high school diploma or equivalent. • Have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience operating various models of crawler cranes in demanding environments. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of load charts, rigging principles, and heavy lifting techniques. • Exhibit excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination for precise load manipulation.
