Counter Service Clerk

1\. **Key Dimensions and Related Job Results \- Vegetable \& Fruits Section** 1\.1\. Achievement of section sales target 1\.2\. Preparation and servicing of standard sized portions and cuts as per customer requirement 1\.3\. Provide direct and indirect customer service to customers 1\.4\. Monitors stock level, ordering, receiving of stock, wastage, and shrinkage 1\.5\. Meet hygiene \& sanitation requirement of the section 1\.6\. Proper handling of tools and equipment 1\.7\. Any other store activity as assigned by the supervisor. 1\.8\. Standard cashiering procedure, register online/ home delivery sales transactions and coordinate with deliveries as per requirement, online picking for home deliveries as and when required by supervisor. 1\. **Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge** 1\.1\. HSE with an aptitude for the role or SSC with role specific certification with a minimum of 1 year experience in Food retail/ F\&B in front\-end customer service delivery 1\.2\. Good communication skills in English language. Basic reading \& writing in English is a must 1\.3\. Arabic knowledge is an advantage Pay: Up to QAR2,300\.00 per month Work Location: In person
