Counter Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities** * Attend to customers and understand their spare parts requirements. * Identify the correct parts using EPC / Electronic Parts Catalogues. * Search parts using model, serial number, chassis number, or part number. * Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices. * Check stock and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams. * Follow up on enquiries and quotations. * Maintain good customer relationships and support sales targets. **Requirements** * **2–4 years of experience in heavy equipment spare parts sales or counter sales.** * Hands\-on experience with EPC / Electronic Parts Catalogues is essential. * Good knowledge of heavy equipment spare parts and components. * **Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, JCB, Doosan, Hyundai, or similar brands.** * Good communication and customer service skills. * UAE/GCC heavy equipment spare parts market experience is preferred.
