**Key Responsibilities1\. Cost Monitoring \& Analysis** * Track daily food and beverage costs and compare with budget/targets * Analyze variances and identify cost\-saving opportunities * Prepare cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly) **2\. Inventory Management** * Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) * Monitor stock movement, wastage, and spoilage * Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) * Investigate discrepancies between physical and system inventory **3\. Recipe \& Menu Costing** * Prepare and update standard recipe costing * Calculate food cost percentage per item * Suggest pricing strategies based on cost and market trends **4\. Procurement \& Supplier Control** * Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes * Compare supplier prices and ensure cost competitiveness * Coordinate with procurement for best pricing and quality **5\. System \& Reporting (Odoo or ERP)** * Maintain accurate data in ERP system (e.g., Odoo) * Generate inventory and cost reports from the system * Ensure all transactions are properly recorded **6\. Waste \& Loss Control** * Monitor kitchen wastage and implement reduction strategies * Identify theft, pilferage, or inefficiencies * Recommend corrective actions **7\. Compliance \& Audit** * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Assist in internal and external audits * Maintain proper documentation and records **Key Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field * 2–5 years experience in F\&B cost control or similar role * Experience in restaurants, cloud kitchen, or hotel industry * Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo) * Strong analytical and numerical skills * Advanced Excel skills * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Please send cv to Work Location: In person
