Cost Control Officer

• Develop and maintain project cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives. • Monitor ongoing project expenditures against budgets and provide timely reports to management. • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs, proposing corrective actions as necessary. • Collaborate with project managers to prepare cost forecasts and financial projections for ongoing and future projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or project management. • Proficiency in cost management software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
