Role Overview We are seeking a passionate **Corporate Social Responsibility Lead** to design, implement, and oversee CSR initiatives that align with our values and business goals. The successful candidate will champion sustainability, community engagement, and ethical practices, ensuring Chandrans Yuva ME continues to make a meaningful difference in society. Key Responsibilities * **CSR strategy**: Develop and execute CSR programs aligned with organizational objectives. * **Community partnerships**: Collaborate with NGOs, government agencies, and local communities. * **Sustainability initiatives**: Drive eco\-friendly practices and promote environmental responsibility. * **Employee engagement**: Foster a culture of volunteerism and social awareness among staff. * **Impact measurement**: Track, evaluate, and report CSR outcomes to stakeholders. * **Ethical governance**: Ensure compliance with ethical standards and corporate governance policies. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Sustainability. * 8–10 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development. * Proven track record of designing and managing impactful CSR programs. * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s social development landscape and GCC sustainability initiatives is an advantage.
