Job Title: Corporate Operations Director Company: Ultimate Oman Services Role Overview Ultimate Oman Services is seeking an experienced Corporate Operations Director to oversee company\-wide operational strategies, optimize service delivery, and streamline internal workflows. You will drive operational excellence, align department management with corporate growth targets, and ensure full compliance with Omani regulatory standards across all business units. Key Responsibilities * Formulate and execute scalable operational strategies to enhance productivity, service quality, and overall business profitability. * Oversee day\-to\-day corporate operations, managing multi\-departmental performance, cross\-functional workflows, and resource distribution. * Establish and monitor key operational KPIs, performance benchmarks, and budget management frameworks. * Optimize administrative, supply chain, and facility management processes to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce operational costs. * Ensure strict adherence to Omani labor laws, corporate governance standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. * Direct change management initiatives and mentor senior department managers to build a culture of continuous operational improvement. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * Minimum 8 years of operational leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a directorial or C\-suite operations role—preferably within Oman or the GCC region. * Comprehensive understanding of Omani commercial regulations, corporate governance frameworks, and regional market dynamics. * Proven track record of optimizing large\-scale operational structures and managing substantial corporate budgets. * Exceptional strategic leadership, financial acumen, and bilingual (English and Arabic) communication skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٧٬٧٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
