Corporate Mid-Senior Associate

I am currently working on an excellent opportunity for a high calibre corporate lawyer to join a leading Middle East Corporate team based in Dubai. The team is looking to hire at the Mid-Senior Associate c.3 - 9 PQE, with experience of corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital etc. The role will involve leading M&A transactions from start to finish, so candidates should be confident running deals and managing stakeholders independently. Applicants should have trained and qualified (UK/US/ AUS) solicitor with a Legal 500 law firm and have experience in the Middle East market.
