Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary **Corporate Event Director** to lead the planning and execution of large\-scale corporate events. The successful candidate will oversee event strategy, manage client relations, and ensure flawless delivery that aligns with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * **Event strategy**: Develop and implement event concepts that align with client objectives. * **Client engagement**: Build strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders. * **Team leadership**: Supervise event managers, coordinators, and support staff. * **Vendor management**: Negotiate contracts and oversee service providers. * **Budget oversight**: Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability. * **Quality assurance**: Guarantee high standards in event execution and guest experience. * **Reporting**: Provide post\-event evaluations and strategic recommendations. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in corporate event management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Proven track record of delivering large\-scale conferences and executive events. * Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. * Familiarity with Oman’s corporate and cultural event landscape is an advantage.
