##### **Overview** #### **Job Details:** Prepare detailed and accurate product cost calculations to support sound business decisions and effective operational planning. Analyze current expenses and suggest suitable cost reduction measures while ensuring product quality and required operational standards are maintained. Take part in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance departments to promote efficient use of materials, resources, and operational costs. Track cost performance, identify areas of unnecessary spending or waste, and recommend process improvements to optimize daily operations. Develop cost reports, analytical summaries, and performance reports to help management evaluate financial and operational results. Provide internal departments with a clear understanding of cost structures to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and future planning. Contribute to productivity improvement programs and other initiatives designed to increase operational efficiency across the organization. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and information management. Hands\-on experience using ERP systems within a professional business or operational environment. Practical knowledge or certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methods will be considered an advantage. Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities with a careful and detail\-oriented approach to cost\-related work. Ability to cooperate effectively with production, purchasing, finance, and other departments while managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
