Corporate Business Development Representative – HR Services

Mirqab Point HR \& Emiratization is seeking a motivated **Corporate Business Development Representative** to help expand our client network across the UAE. The role involves identifying potential corporate clients, introducing our HR, recruitment, and Emiratization services, and building professional relationships with business owners, HR managers, and decision\-makers. This is a **flexible freelance, commission\-based opportunity** suitable for someone with strong communication skills, good knowledge of the UAE business market, and an interest in business development. Responsibilities * Identify and approach potential corporate clients. * Introduce Mirqab Point's HR, recruitment, and Emiratization services. * Communicate with business owners, HR managers, and decision\-makers. * Generate and develop qualified business leads. * Build and maintain professional client relationships. * Follow up with potential clients and support the sales process. * Identify opportunities for new corporate contracts. * Provide regular updates on leads and business opportunities. Commission * Performance\-based commission for successfully generated business. * Commission is paid according to the agreed commission structure and successful completion/payment of the relevant client contract. * **No fixed salary; earnings are commission\-based.** Requirements * Sales or business development experience is preferred. * Experience in HR, recruitment, or corporate services is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. * Good knowledge of the UAE business environment. * Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. * Self\-motivated and able to work independently. * Valid UAE visa required. * UAE driving license and access to a car preferred.
