This is a full\-time position based in Doha, Qatar. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Systems, or a related field * 11\+ years of experience in Temenos Core Banking transformation programs as a client\-facing SME or Business Analyst * Strong Middle East Islamic Banking experience across retail banking products and services * Proven experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, FSDs, process mapping, and target operating model design * Certified Temenos consultant with 5\+ years of experience in Islamic AA and TPH implementations * Professional certifications such as Temenos T24 Certification, PMP, CBAP, Retail Banking Certifications, or equivalent are highly preferred * Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and cross\-functional project teams **Skills \& Competencies** * Expertise in retail and corporate banking operations, including accounts, deposits, financing, and payments * Experience supporting data migration, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation activities * Capable of leading UAT execution, defect management, and business validation activities * Adept at process mapping, target operating model design, and operational transformation * Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and scope management * Effective change management, training delivery, and operational readiness planning * Knowledge of SOP development, user documentation, and business process governance
