Coop Trainee
We are looking for a detail\-oriented intern to support demand planning and customer service activities. This role provides hands\-on experience in forecasting, order management, and customer interaction within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in demand forecasting and data analysis to support planning decisions
* Monitor orders, track deliveries, and update customers on order status
* Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve issues in a timely manner
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, supply chain)
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP/CRM/SAP systems is a plus
* Customer\-focused mindset with attention to detail
