Cooler Technician

• Install, service, repair, and sanitize water coolers and related equipment. • Attend customer service requests and resolve technical issues within assigned timelines. • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability. • Diagnose and repair coolers both on-site and in the workshop. • Support the Sales team with installations and customer technical requirements. • Maintain accurate service reports and daily activity records. • Ensure proper upkeep of company vehicles, tools, and equipment. • Comply with HSSE policies and report any incidents or unsafe conditions promptly. • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional conduct. • Diploma or High School qualification in a technical discipline. • Minimum 2 years' experience in cooler, refrigeration, or similar equipment maintenance. • Valid UAE Driving License with good knowledge of UAE roads. • Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills. • Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage. • Customer-focused, proactive, well-groomed, and able to work independently.
