Contractual Role - Supply Chain Executive

• Coordinate procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution activities. • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory. • Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries. • Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. • Track shipments and resolve any supply chain or delivery-related issues. • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, shipments, and supplier performance. • Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on inventory, procurement, and logistics performance. • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs. • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Finance to meet business objectives. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management. • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory control principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar). • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
