Contract Manager - MOU

WE’RE HIRING – CONTRACT / COMMERCIAL MANAGER We are looking for an experienced Contract / Commercial Manager to join our team in Qatar. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage all commercial and contractual activities for company projects. * Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, MOUs, and agreements. * Manage claims, variations, EOT, disputes, notices, and contract close\-out. * Monitor project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and financial performance. * Lead procurement, supplier selection, purchasing, and vendor negotiations. * Manage tender preparation, pricing, commercial qualifications, and bid submissions. * Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, HSE, and Procurement teams. * Oversee logistics, material procurement, transportation, shipping, and project mobilization. * Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks. * Lead and mentor Commercial, Contracts, Procurement, Logistics, and Tender teams. * Provide commercial reports, advice, and recommendations to senior management.
