As we continue our rapid growth trajectory in an exciting and dynamic market, we're searching for creative talent to join our team. **Role Overview** As a Content Lead, you will own and manage Sarj AI’s content end\-to\-end — from strategy and planning to creation and publishing. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop compelling content that communicates our brand, products, and ideas across multiple channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Own and execute the content strategy across website, social media, blogs, ads, case studies, and video scripts. * Develop clear, engaging content that simplifies complex AI and technology concepts. * Plan and manage the content calendar and oversee content from ideation to publishing. * Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with business objectives. * Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and formats. * Track content performance and use insights to improve future content. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Languages, Communications, or a related field. * Exceptional English and Arabic writing and editing skills. * Ability to develop and manage content strategy end\-to\-end, with experience across multiple digital channels and formats. * A strong portfolio showcasing creative content work and attention to detail. * Strong understanding of social media, digital content, and emerging content trends. * Ability to simplify complex AI, technology, and business concepts into engaging content. * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively cross\-functionally. * Video shooting and editing skills are a bonus. **Why Join Us?** * Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a high\-growth tech start\-up. * Collaborative and mission\-driven work culture. * Hands\-on experience with innovative AI products. * Space to share your ideas, be creative, and make a real impact.
