CONTENT LEAD — ORGANIC, VIDEO & INFLUENCER

**About the role:** You are Clothivia's content engine. You come up with the ideas, film them yourself, edit them, publish them, and own the organic and influencer side of the brand. This is a hands\-on, on\-your\-feet role — not a desk job. **What you'll own:** * Ideas \& calendar — the content plan across Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat for all Clothivia pages. * Filming — daily. Stories from the flagship and warehouse, product and styling content, behind\-the\-brand, founder\-led video, events. Camera in hand every day. * Editing — short\-form Reels/TikTok/Snap with strong hooks and pacing, sound design, and Arabic captions with correct RTL typography. * Organic growth — roughly 4–5 short\-form videos a week, daily stories, 2–3 grid posts, and highlights organised like a storefront menu. * Influencers \& PR — sourcing, negotiating, briefing and managing Gulf creators end to end, including gifting and seeding, and tracking what each creator actually delivered. * Community — comments and DMs in Khaleeji, in brand voice. **Must have:** * Native Arabic, Khaleeji dialect. English good enough for briefs and tools. * You film, not just direct. Strong eye for framing, light and movement on a phone or camera. * Strong short\-form editing (CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut; After Effects a plus). * A portfolio of short\-form content that actually performed — fashion, lifestyle or retail preferred. * Based in Doha or ready to relocate. This role can't be done remotely. **Nice to have:** * On\-camera presence; motion design; existing creator and PR relationships in Qatar and the wider GCC; photography. * Brand note for candidates * Our world is quiet luxury / Italian resort — aspirational, mid\-luxury, never discount\-coded.
