Content Creator & Personal Brand Manager

**We're Hiring: Content Creator \& Personal Brand Manager** Kuwait \| Field Work \| Full\-Time We're looking for a creative, fast\-moving, and highly organized **Content Creator \& Personal Brand Manager** to join our Executive Office and manage the digital presence of the **Managing Director** while supporting the company's portfolio of brands. **Minimum 3 years of experience** in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Personal Brand Management is required. What you'll own: * Full content cycle across Instagram * Content adaptation for TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms * Monthly content planning, shooting, editing, publishing, and performance monitoring * Collaboration and sponsorship management * Website content updates * Monthly analytics reports and growth strategy This role is for you if: ✅ You have a strong social media portfolio (required) ✅ You are fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic is a MUST) ✅ You have excellent video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) ✅ You understand Instagram, TikTok, and other social media algorithms ✅ You're comfortable working closely with executive leadership and adapting to fast feedback ✅ You can attend events, shoots, and exhibitions, including occasional evenings and weekends What to expect: This is a hands\-on, field\-and\-office role. You'll be on location regularly, **working directly with the Managing Director** on creative decisions.
