We’re Hiring: Content Creator **Company:** ABC Project WLL **Position:** Content Creator **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Location:** Qatar ABC Project WLL is looking for a **creative and innovative Content Creator** who can come up with fresh, engaging, and relevant content ideas for our social media and digital platforms. This role is primarily focused on **thinking of what content to create** — from ideas and concepts to topics, storylines, scripts, and creative approaches. You will work closely with our video and marketing team to turn your ideas into engaging content. Key Responsibilities * Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for social media and digital platforms. * Think of **what topics, stories, trends, and concepts** should be turned into videos and other content. * Develop content concepts based on the company's brand, products, services, and target audience. * Create content plans, themes, storylines, and video concepts. * Prepare basic scripts, talking points, hooks, and content outlines for video production. * Research current social media trends, viral topics, and creative formats that can be adapted to the brand. * Come up with creative ways to present products, services, projects, and company activities. * Work closely with the videographer, editor, marketing team, and other team members to execute content ideas. * Review and improve content concepts based on audience engagement and performance. * Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all content. * Continuously generate new and fresh ideas to keep the company's social media channels active and engaging. What We’re Looking For * Creative, imaginative, and full of ideas. * Strong understanding of social media and current content trends. * Good storytelling skills and the ability to turn simple topics into interesting content. * Able to think of **what to say, what to show, and how to present it** in an engaging way. * Good communication and writing skills. * Comfortable creating video concepts, scripts, hooks, and content outlines. * Proactive and willing to experiment with new content ideas. * Able to work collaboratively with a video production and marketing team. * Experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a similar role is preferred. * **Arabic\-speaking is a plus**, especially for creating content targeting Arabic\-speaking audiences. * A portfolio or examples of previous content/concepts are highly preferred. Important This position is primarily focused on **content ideation and creative direction**. You don't necessarily need to do all the filming or video editing yourself.
