Consumer Collection Advisor

**About the Role** We are hiring a **Consumer Collection Advisor** on a temporary basis to join our Collections Operations (COPS) team. This role is responsible for outbound customer calls to recover overdue payments, driving digital payment adoption, and supporting premium account collections all while ensuring functional targets across the 0\-60 day bucket are consistently met. The ideal candidate combines an **accounting/finance background with hands\-on collections experience**, bringing both analytical rigor and direct customer recovery skills to the role. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to customers to collect overdue payments and promote digital payment channels * Manage premium segment accounts, ensuring 30\-60 day recovery targets are achieved * Support customers with payment dispute resolution, coordinating with back office, call centre, and IT operations * Process payments and refunds as required * Support auto dialler campaigns and Bulk SMS outreach for 0\-30 and 30\-60 day brackets * Track and report segment\-wise performance trends and dialler efficiency * Coordinate with collection agency partners on disconnections and settlement requests * Provide regular 0\-60 analytics reporting to management to support decision\-making Requirements **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent Associate degree with relevant experience) **Experience:** * Prior experience in collections, accounts receivable follow\-up, or receivables recovery, accounting professionals with collections exposure strongly preferred * Familiarity with overdue/aging account management **Skills:** * Strong MS Excel skills (reconciliation, aging reports, tracking) * Understanding of CRM/collections systems * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Analytical and reporting capability * Stakeholder coordination skills **Availability:** * Must be able to join immediately Pay: QAR4,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join immediately? * What is your visa status?
