Job description

**Key Responsibilities** * Advise on the pursuit and development of strategic collaborations in the upstream E\&P sector, including commercial structuring of partnership agreements and contracting methodologies based on current global trends. * Collaborate with key leaders across surface and subsurface functions, including design, engineering, construction, commercial, and legal teams, to translate strategic E\&P plans into executable projects. * Advise on the people, facilities, and capabilities required for strategic E\&P projects. * Conduct petroleum economic analysis for strategic E\&P projects and support management decision\-making. * Advise on required budgets and technical requirements/specifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders. * Advise on the scope, definition, and program of strategic E\&P projects in cooperation with Planning and other relevant stakeholders. * Work closely with E\&P companies to assess the potential technical and commercial viability of E\&P challenges and translate them into opportunities. * Support management in decision\-making on technical and commercial challenges during the execution of strategic E\&P projects. Consultant Job Descriptions(3\) **Minimum Requirements** * Postgraduate degree in **Geoscience or Engineering**. * Minimum **20\+ years of demonstrable professional upstream experience in E\&P activities**. * Strong experience in developing, scoping, and managing projects and programs. * Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, and manage programs, including scope, staffing requirements, required capabilities, and equipment based on specified business needs. * Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary teams composed of geoscientists and engineers. * Proven success in leading high\-caliber technical staff. * International experience working with major E\&P companies. * Strong teamwork, leadership, strategic thinking, problem\-solving, goal orientation, multitasking, flexibility, creativity, organization, and communication skills. * Knowledge of various fiscal regimes in the E\&P sector, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks. * Middle East experience is considered an advantage.
