Consultant- Senior Reservoir Engineering

**Key Responsibilities** * Provide management with expert consultation and practical reservoir engineering solutions to support decision\-making on complex and unforeseen technical challenges. * Define the scope of reservoir engineering studies and lead related activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. * Review major technical and commercial issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders and direct the required data gathering and analysis. * Liaise and coordinate with internal teams to investigate reservoir engineering challenges and recommend appropriate courses of action in line with company and international standards. * Review findings and recommendations from reservoir engineering studies, analyses, and related technical data, and prepare proposals for management review. * Review and initiate field development studies and plans, and support their implementation using industry best practices. * Conduct and supervise integrated reservoir studies, including rate transient analysis, well modeling, full\-field reservoir simulation, production forecasting, and reservoir performance management. * Perform economic evaluations to support optimum appraisal and field development strategies. * Review business processes and provide recommendations for process improvement and change management. * Advise on the identification, evaluation, and implementation of emerging processes and technologies to address key reservoir engineering challenges. * Review and provide advice on business plans, reservoir engineering policies, procedures, and technical studies to support organizational objectives. * Present technical recommendations and proposals to management and leadership for decision\-making. * Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to strengthen reservoir engineering technical and behavioral competencies. * Participate in strategic technical planning and support short\- and long\-term organizational improvement initiatives. * Apply risk management principles in daily activities and ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements.
