Construction Surveyor

Job Summary ERA Projects is looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Construction Surveyor** to join our construction team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for site surveying, setting out, leveling, measurements, establishing coordinates and benchmarks, and ensuring construction works are executed accurately according to approved drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities * Conduct construction, site, land, and topographical surveys. * Carry out accurate setting out, leveling, alignment, and positioning of construction works. * Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, coordinates, grid lines, and reference points. * Perform setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, drainage, utilities, and excavation works. * Operate **Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS**, and other surveying equipment. * Check dimensions, elevations, levels, coordinates, alignment, and positioning against approved drawings. * Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings. * Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, supervisors, consultants, and subcontractors. * Monitor construction works to ensure correct levels, alignment, dimensions, and tolerances. * Prepare survey reports, field notes, measurements, calculations, and as\-built survey information. * Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them promptly. * Assist with preparation and verification of as\-built drawings. * Maintain accurate survey records and ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. * Follow project quality, safety, and site procedures. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering**, or a related field. * **3–5 years of relevant construction surveying experience** preferred. * Strong hands\-on experience with **Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS**, and related surveying instruments. * Good knowledge of construction setting out, leveling, coordinates, benchmarks, and site measurements. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and construction drawings. * Knowledge of **AutoCAD** and survey data processing software is an advantage. * Experience in **villa, residential, commercial, high\-rise, or civil construction projects** is preferred. * **Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.** * **Must be locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is required.** * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, numerical skills, and site coordination abilities.
