Construction Superintendent -   Equipment Erection - Walkin Chennai

• Oversee and direct the safe and efficient erection of heavy industrial equipment, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. • Develop and implement detailed construction schedules for equipment installation, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Manage on-site activities, including rigging, lifting, and setting of large-scale machinery, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential hazards, and ensure quality control of all erection activities. • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in heavy industrial construction, with a strong focus on equipment erection. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex erection projects from start to finish, meeting budget and schedule targets. • Extensive knowledge of heavy lifting techniques, rigging procedures, and the operation of specialized erection equipment. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
