• Oversee and manage all electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. • Supervise and direct a team of electricians and subcontractors, coordinating daily work assignments and ensuring quality workmanship. • Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and troubleshoot issues effectively. • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulations on the electrical worksite, conducting regular safety audits. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical construction supervision. • Proven track record managing large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects. • Valid Electrical Supervisor or Wireman license (as per local regulations).
