Construction Superintendent - Civil - Walkin Chennai

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards for civil works. • Manage and direct subcontractors, labor, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. • Monitor construction progress, identifying potential delays and proactively implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil construction project supervision. • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and construction plans. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
