• Lead and manage all Mechanical & Civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved construction plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are executed in accordance with the approved construction plan and schedule.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, Commissioning, and other project disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure the timely availability of manpower, materials, equipment, and other required resources. Identify construction issues and implement appropriate solutions to maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, applicable international codes, and HSE regulations.
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, work procedures, and execution plans prior to construction activities.
• Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure quality, productivity, safety, and schedule targets are achieved.
• Participate in construction meetings and provide technical solutions to site execution challenges in coordination with the Engineering team.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and maintain strict safety compliance in live plant environments.
• Prepare and review manpower plans, resource allocation, productivity reports, and construction progress updates to optimize project delivery.
• Ensure all Mechanical & Civil works are completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and inspection requirements prior to handover.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior supervisory or Construction Section Head role.
• Proven experience working on ADNOC or major GCC Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong experience managing Mechanical & Civil construction activities, large site teams, and subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, site execution strategies, and productivity management.
• Thorough understanding of ADNOC standards, project specifications, applicable international codes, HSE regulations, risk assessments, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-track project environments.
• ADNOC approval or prior ADNOC leadership experience will be an added advantage.
