Construction Manager

Lead and manage on-site construction supervision for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, etc.). Ensure all construction activities comply with approved design drawings, specifications, and quality standards . Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams on a daily basis. Review and approve method statements, work plans, and construction schedules . Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment. Quality Assurance and Control Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures on site. Conduct inspections, review test results, and ensure corrective actions are taken when required. Ensure compliance with international standards and Saudi codes/regulations . Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Master s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus. Experience 15+years of experience in infrastructure construction and supervision projects. Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure works (roads, utilities, urban development). Experience working in Riyadh or GCC region is highly preferred.
