Job description
• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of all piping construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of piping engineers, supervisors, foremen, and craft labor, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for piping fabrication, installation, and testing, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards.
• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, coordinating with other disciplines to mitigate conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in piping construction management within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex piping projects from inception to completion.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
• Maximum age limit is 49 years
• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
Managerial and SR. Positions:
• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
