Construction Manager - G+Unlimited (DM Approved)

We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and DM-Approved Construction Manager (G+Unlimited License) to oversee and drive large-scale building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of managing high-rise developments from groundbreaking to handover, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, strict timelines, and quality standards. • Project Leadership: Oversee daily site operations, construction activities, and project engineering teams to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications. • Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Dubai Municipality (DM) and other local authorities, ensuring all works comply with G+Unlimited permit requirements. • Progress & Planning: Develop, monitor, and update master project schedules, proactively managing risks to mitigate delays. • Resource Management: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to optimise productivity and resource allocation. • Quality & Safety: Enforce stringent QA/QC and HSE standards across the site to maintain an incident-free working environment. • Financial Control: Monitor project budgets, approve material requisitions, and manage variations effectively. • Experience: Minimum 15+ years of solid experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in executing high-rise (G+Unlimited) residential or commercial building projects in the UAE. • Licensing & Approval: Must be Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved with a G+Unlimited License (Active/Transferable status). • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. • Skills: Strong white-collar leadership presence, exceptional project management capabilities, sharp problem-solving skills, and fluent professional English communication. • Location: Currently residing in the UAE (preferred).
