Construction Manager

**Construction Manager** **Location:** Oman **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Industry:** Construction **Experience:** Minimum 10 Years **Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Construction Manager** to oversee and manage the execution of construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong site\-management experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee **day\-to\-day construction activities** at project sites. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution in line with approved schedules and specifications. * Lead and supervise **site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams**. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. * Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. * Ensure all construction work complies with approved **quality, safety, and technical standards**. * Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources. * Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and technical challenges. * Coordinate with the **Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, and Commercial teams**. * Monitor project costs and minimize unnecessary expenses and wastage. * Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management. * Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, progress reports, and project records. * Ensure compliance with **HSE policies, local regulations, and project requirements**. * Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets contractual and quality requirements. * Support project handover, completion, and close\-out activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field**. * Minimum **10 years of relevant construction experience**. * Proven experience in a **Construction Manager / Project Manager / Senior Site Manager** role. * Strong experience in **construction site management and project execution**. * Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications. * Strong leadership, team\-management, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple activities and work under tight deadlines. * Good knowledge of **MS Office and project management software**. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * **GCC/Oman construction experience is highly preferred.** **Preferred Skills** * Project Planning \& Execution * Site Management * Team Leadership * Subcontractor Management * Cost \& Resource Management * Quality Control * Health \& Safety * Project Coordination * Progress Monitoring * Risk \& Issue Management **Salary \& Benefits** **Salary:** Competitive and based on experience and qualifications.**Location:** Oman **Employment:** Full\-Time **How to Apply** Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their **updated CV** highlighting relevant construction management and site experience.
