Construction Manager - Civil - Walkin Chennai

• Oversee all civil construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget by meticulously managing site operations and resources. • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges to ensure smooth project execution. • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, fostering effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives. • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution. • Minimum of 20 - 25 years of progressive experience in civil construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. • Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly advantageous. • Extensive experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, or utilities. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
