**Wadi Al Sultana Contracting LLC** is looking for an experienced **Construction Foreman** with strong expertise in **carpentry and shuttering works** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will supervise day\-to\-day site operations, manage construction teams, ensure quality workmanship, and complete projects safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site activities and construction workers.
* Lead carpentry and shuttering teams.
* Execute formwork and structural works according to approved drawings.
* Coordinate with engineers and project managers.
* Monitor work progress and ensure project deadlines are met.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
* Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
* Resolve on\-site issues efficiently.
Requirements
* **Must be currently residing in the UAE.**
* Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Construction Foreman.
* Strong experience in **carpentry, shuttering, formwork, and structural works**.
* Ability to read construction drawings.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of UAE construction practices and safety regulations.
* UAE driving licence is an advantage.
