**Construction Cost Estimator** **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** Cihan Group Yapi is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Estimator to manage quantity takeoff, cost analysis, budget estimation, and tender preparation for our commercial and residential construction projects. Reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager, you will evaluate architectural blueprints, calculate material and labor requirements, assess risk factors, and prepare precise financial estimates to ensure project profitability and competitive bidding. **Key Responsibilities** * **Quantity Takeoff \& Cost Estimation:** Perform detailed material, labor, and equipment quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * **Tender \& Bid Preparation:** Prepare comprehensive bill of quantities (BOQ), tender documentation, and cost proposals for ongoing and upcoming construction bids. * **Subcontractor \& Supplier Analysis:** Solicit, analyze, and negotiate vendor and subcontractor quotes to secure optimal pricing and material specifications. * **Budget Tracking \& Value Engineering:** Collaborate with project managers to establish baseline budgets, identify cost\-reduction opportunities, and conduct value engineering analyses. * **Risk \& Contingency Assessment:** Identify potential project financial risks, constructability challenges, and market price fluctuations, factoring appropriate contingencies into budget models. * **Post\-Award Support:** Assist project execution teams with budget allocations, change order evaluations, and cost variance reporting throughout the project lifecycle. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Experience:** 4\+ years of hands\-on experience in construction cost estimation, quantity surveying, or tender management within building construction or civil engineering projects. * **Technical Mastery:** High proficiency in estimation and CAD software (AutoCAD, CostX, Planswift, MS Excel, MS Project, or Primavera P6\). * **Skills:** Strong blueprint reading ability, thorough understanding of construction methods, material costs, and labor productivity standards. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. * **Languages:** Professional working proficiency in Turkish and English. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package with project milestone performance bonuses * Comprehensive private health insurance and life coverage * Transportation allowance and daily meal card allocation (Multinet/Sodexo) * Professional growth and career development within a premier construction group * Modern working environment with state\-of\-the\-art software tools and resources الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٥٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
