Permit issuers must maintain an open line of communication with permit receivers* * *Throughout the duration of the work, permit issuers are responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the issued permits. This involves periodic checks to ensure that the work aligns with the specified conditions. If deviations or non\-compliance are identified, the permit issuer has the authority to take corrective actions, including revoking or modifying permits.* * *Maintaining accurate documentation is a key responsibility.
