Concept Design Architect

The Role Our client is looking for a Design Architect who thrives in the early stages of design someone who can generate bold ideas and translate them into compelling architectural concepts. You will be working closely with senior designers and project teams to shape the vision of projects from the ground up. For the purposes of the Conduct Regulations 2003, when advertising permanent vacancies we are acting as an Employment Agency, and when advertising temporary/contract vacancies we are acting as an Employment Business. • Degree qualified in Architecture (Master s preferred) • Minimum 5 years experience within a design-focused architectural role • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design excellence and creative thinking • Proficiency in Rhino (essential) • Skilled in design visualisation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Grasshopper, Lumion, etc.) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team • Desirable Experience Prior experience working on projects in the Middle East Exposure to parametric design methodologies Understanding of sustainable design principles
