Compliance Officer

We are hiring for a Compliance Officer to join our growing team in Riyadh. We are at a stage of growth in Saudi Arabia, and this is a unique opportunity for someone to develop their compliance knowledge at Lean, a company at the forefront of Saudi Arabia's nascent Open Banking sector, whilst building out the local Compliance function. In this role, you will be reporting to the Compliance Manager. Our $67.5M Series B was just the beginning. • Experience in KYC, AML, or compliance operations, preferably within fintech, banking, or regulated financial services. • Strong understanding of SAMA regulations, KYC requirements, and compliance best practices (or ability to ramp quickly). • Hands-on experience with KYC screening, verification, and risk assessment tools. • High attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to work within control frameworks. • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English. • Ability to operate in a fast-growing, regulated environment with minimal handholding. • Fintech Experience - Ex Banking Exp , Startup experience NB.
