Compliance Executive

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend actionable strategies for mitigation. • Lead internal audits and compliance reviews to evaluate adherence to established policies, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions. • Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and legal advisors, to enhance the organization's compliance posture. • Investigate compliance violations and manage resolution processes, ensuring that appropriate disciplinary actions are taken when necessary. • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within a corporate setting. • Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in compliance are highly desirable. • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Should be okay with Sales and client facing .
